Your Privacy: Deleting Output Files

For your privacy, all your output PDF and ZIP files will be automatically deleted within 2 hours following completion of each operation.
For your privacy, we do not monitor and do not save the content of your FDF (form data) files. All your FDF files will be automatically deleted in 30 minutes following completion of each operation.

PDF File Type vs PDF File Extension

A file type is not the same as a file extension. Any PDF type file ends with the PDF extension, but not all files with PDF extension are PDF type files. Not only a fake PDF extension can be added at the end of any file name, but there are non-PDF files (XFA forms) with the real PDF extension. At first glance, an XFA form seems no different than a PDF form (AcroForm): same PDF extension, same appearance, seemingly same functionality. However, the XFA forms are not PDF type files. The XFA forms are created by different technological methods (using Acrobat 7 or Adobe [LiveCycle] Designer), have a different functionality, and cannot be manipulated in the same way as PDF forms.

To be manipulated in the same way as PDF forms, the XFA form must be converted to a PDF AcroForm or a flatten PDF file. Some XFA forms can be converted to PDF AcroForms both manually and automatically. Some XFA forms can be converted to PDF AcroForms only manually. Any XFA form can be converted to a flatten PDF file manually. Currently, there is no effective method to convert any XFA form into a PDF AcroForm or a flatten PDF file automatically (all known "workarounds" are ineffective).

"Please wait..." and "To view the full contents..." Messages

Our algorithm will try to convert an XFA form into a PDF AcroForm automatically. If the conversion is successful, the XFA form will be converted into a PDF AcroForm. Otherwise, the XFA form will be converted into a PDF page containing an error message. The error message will begin with either of the following two sentences:

- To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer.
- Please wait...If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

The above sentences are automatically created by the system. They are incorrect and irrelevant. In fact, the above error messages simple mean that our algorithm is unable to convert one of your uploaded XFA forms to a PDF AcroForm or PDF flatten file automatically.

Downloading Your Output Files

Immediately upon completion of each operation, you will be redirected to a download page containing a link to your output PDF, FDF, or ZIP file. You can download your output file to your computer just by a single click. Our server is set to force PDF and FDF download, so there is no need to open your output PDF and FDF files online.
