Rotate a PDF File (All Pages) Counter-Clockwise (-90 Degrees):
NOTE 1: To rotate some page(s) in a PDF file (instead of rotating all the file), split the file into individual pages, then rotate some of the splitted pages as needed, then merge all the splitted PDF pages.
NOTE 2: To rotate pages in a PDF file in different directions, split the file into individual pages, then rotate each page in a needed direction, then merge all the splitted PDF pages.
NOTE 3: The algorithm of this operation will detect and mark by a corresponding error message any input file that:

- has not been successfully uploaded, or
- has a non-PDF extension, or
- has the PDF extension but a non-PDF structure, or
- is a corrupted PDF, or
- is a PDF encrypted by an owner (restrictions) password, or
- is a PDF encrypted by a user (open) password, or
- is a PDF with a dynamic XFA structure.
